Server Requirements

• Customers do not need to purchase separate hosting or a server. The software is hosted exclusively on WHM/cPanel infrastructure managed by İstSoft Bilişim.

• An existing domain must be provided or a new domain preference must be specified. One standard domain is included during the first year. Premium domains are excluded.

• The customer must provide a logo, brand colours, contact details, social-media accounts and corporate visual assets.

• The company name, tax details, billing address and legally required business information must be supplied.

• Product names, descriptions, prices, stock quantities, categories, variations and product images should be prepared in digital format.

• An approved PayTR or İyzico merchant account is required to accept card payments. Applications and approvals remain subject to the payment provider’s conditions.

• Business bank and IBAN details must be supplied if bank-transfer payments will be accepted.

• The selected shipping company and available corporate shipping-account details must be provided.

• Customer-owned accounts and API credentials are required for SMS, OpenAI, Gemini and other third-party services. Usage fees are not included in the package price.

• A modern web browser, secure internet connection and active e-mail address are required to use the administration panel.

• Source code, installation files, database access and server access are not supplied to the customer.

Customer-specific features, designs and integrations are technically assessed and quoted separately at a reasonable project rate.

Important: Aura E-Ticaret PRO operates exclusively on infrastructure managed by IstSoft Bilisim. Source code, installation files, database access, cPanel, WHM or server access are not provided. IstSoft does not charge a platform commission on store sales. Bank, payment provider, SMS, artificial intelligence and other third-party service fees remain the responsibility of the customer. Premium-priced domain names are excluded from the first-year domain campaign. Live marketplace synchronisation and customer-specific integrations are not included in the standard package.

Turnkey Store Setup Process

Installation, hosting, security and technical configuration are completed by İstSoft Bilişim.

Package and theme selection: Select the annual or lifetime licence and choose Kuvars, Hasat, Ravza, Gold, Kehribar or Yakut.
Domain configuration: Provide your existing domain or request the standard domain included for the first year. İstSoft configures DNS, SSL and hosting.
Brand information: Supply your logo, colours, contact information, company details and required legal information.
Product catalogue: Submit product names, descriptions, prices, stock, categories, variations and images in digital format.
Payments and shipping: Provide your approved PayTR or İyzico merchant details, bank information and selected shipping company.
Setup and testing: İstSoft installs and configures the store, database, SSL, scheduled tasks, e-mail and essential system settings.
Launch and support: The store is presented for approval after payment, order, mobile and security checks. WhatsApp support is available on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00, while written requests can be submitted 24/7.
