Refund Terms
This statement explains the issues related to the refund of Mehmet Yunus Bagislar (ISTSOFT) www.istsoft.com.tr.

RETURN TERMS
ISTSOFT; All of our services that you have purchased from the www.istsoft.com.tr customer panel (excluding Domain name, CDN, SSL certificate and Server services) have a 30-day refund guarantee. The provisions regarding return are specified in article 4.4 of the Customer Agreement. Since domain name registrations are made automatically by ICANN and METU, there is no refund.

TERMS OF USE AND LEGAL OBLIGATIONS
Terms of use and legal obligations are explained in detail in the customer agreement.

INSTALLATION ( DELIVERY ) INFORMATION
For payments made by credit card, transactions such as domain name registration, web hosting, ssl certificate are made automatically. The installation of services such as Ready Web Packages, Server hosting, rental, virtual server is done within 1 day at the latest. If you are paying by bank transfer, typing your Transaction Number in the payment information sent by e-mail in the explanation section will speed up the activation time.
