İSTSOFT products and services, which are offered for sale online through the website (www.istsoft.com.tr) or ordered by phone, e-mail or visit through the Sales Representative, are obtained with the registration form ……………………………… …………. resident at …………………. .V.D. ……………………… with tax number ……………………………….. Legal Entity (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”), these terms of use and service agreement (shortly “Contract”) ) the ayes have it.

If the customer is a natural person, the Republic of Turkey Identity Number will be used as the Tax Number

Article – 1 PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT:

The purpose of this agreement is to determine the conditions for the purchase and use of any ISTSOFT Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan(s)” in the entire Agreement, and the customer account will be referred to as “Your Plan(s)”), as specified in the Order Form accepted by ISTSOFT. and to determine the mutual rights and obligations of the parties and the terms and conditions. "Customer Panel" is the online interface provided by ISTSOFT, which is used to manage the services received by the Customer from ISTSOFT. In order to use the plan(s), the customer must register and accept the terms and conditions set out in the contract. By ticking the empty checkbox next to the "I accept" sentence (aka the Agreement Box), the customer declares that he has read this agreement and accepts, declares and undertakes the terms and conditions of the agreement contained in this document. By purchasing the product or service online or sending it via e-mail, the customer also agrees that this is equivalent to his signature. In the event that this agreement is accepted by the Customer online, all the information entered in the order form (or sent by e-mail) while the Customer is a member will be deemed to have been entered in place of the information that must be entered above. Again, the Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that any information given online (or by e-mail) is correct and true.

Article – 2 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES:

2.1 Use of Plan(s):

ISTSOFT Usage Policy (in short VKP) describes the general rules and procedures regarding the use of the Plan(s). ISTSOFT's Online Privacy Policy includes provisions on how ISTSOFT will receive, store, process and use the Customer's information regarding the use of its Plan(s). ISTSOFT's Privacy Policy is available on ISTSOFT's website and can be updated at any time, the update is announced in the Calendar at least one week in advance. When the Client registers for the server, the Client should read the VKP carefully, as it will be subject to the VKP and any changes made to the VKP. ISTSOFT reserves the right to terminate the Client's Plan(s) without prior notice to the Client, in the event that the Client violates the VKP or this Agreement in any way.

2.2 Content Requirements:

Usage of plan(s), Internet Programming Language, protocols, software etc. It requires a certain level of knowledge about This information may differ depending on the use and content of the customer's website. The client, or the client's webmaster, must have the necessary knowledge to maintain the website because providing, advising or teaching such information; or to provide a customer service other than the Plan(s) agreed upon by the customer and ISTSOFT is not within the responsibility of ISTSOFT.

2.3 Use of Allocated Resources:

During the use of the Plan(s), the Customer agrees, declares and undertakes that it will not exceed the server resources (bandwidth-bandwidth, storage, e-mail usage, CPU, energy and space allocation) allocated to the Plan(s). In the event that the Customer exceeds the predetermined and agreed percentage or disk quota, or exceeds the e-mail storage and attachment size limitations, ISTSOFT may incur additional charges for the use of the Plan(s), unless a separate annex is made to this agreement. suspend or terminate this agreement; In the event that ISTSOFT chooses to terminate the contract by not taking corrective measures, with ISTSOFT's right to choose, the Customer does not have the right to return the price for the previously paid or unused services. It is strictly forbidden to carry out any activity that is against the laws in force and constitutes a crime. Otherwise, ISTSOFT reserves the right to terminate the agreement without compensation and notice. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the scripts/programs installed in the Customer's Account are secure and that the access permissions to the directories are set accordingly.

2.4 Quality of Service:

ISTSOFT is obliged to show all the attention and care necessary to provide quality and uninterrupted service, but does not guarantee them. ISTSOFT is not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of service interruption, temporary delay or interruption of the Plan(s). It is accepted as a presumption that ISTSOFT and its personnel show all the care and attention that fall upon them. The Customer, who claims the opposite, is obliged to prove his claim. If there is an additional SLA agreement to this agreement, the quality of service is within the framework of the specified SLA and invalidates this clause.

2.5 Employee Request:

The customer may not contact ISTSOFT's employees to recruit them as their own employees. In the event that the Customer hires any employee of ISTSOFT, the Customer is obliged to pay ISTSOFT an indemnity of 200,000.00 TL for each employee.

2.6 Limited Liability:

ISTSOFT, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries and content providers, to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable legal rules, from any direct, indirect, special, incidental, legal, financial, penal and other damages incurred by the users; Use or inability to use ISTSOFT services or Plan(s); Transactions made due to ISTSOFT services or Plan(s); loss of profits, data or other intangibles; the cost of acquiring the substituted goods or services; unauthorized access; falsification of personal information and messages; received messages; good or bad performance of the site; creation of another ISTSOFT site without permission; Against all kinds of claims, including but not limited to damages arising from service replacement or index, even if ISTSOFT has been warned that such damages may occur and such damages are born due to contract, negligence, tort, law, justice, law or other reasons. , ISTSOFT has no responsibility.

2.7 Commitment:

The Customer shall prevent ISTSOFT from being harmed by all kinds of liability, damages, litigation and litigation expenses, attorney fees and similar expenses that may arise directly or indirectly from the use of the Plan(s) it has provided to the Customer, and will protect ISTSOFT against these, undertakes to be defended by a lawyer approved by ISTSOFT in such a case.

2.8 Rejection:

The Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that ISTSOFT does not accept any responsibility or liability for the content of information passing through ISTSOFT's servers, network hubs or the Internet, or that it has no control over them. All services offered by ISTSOFT are "as is" and do not include any warranty against loss of performance that may occur as a result of malfunctions that may occur due to computer hardware or communication systems, etc.

2.9 Web Wizard Usage:

Data entry (text, photo, product, etc.) to the website is done by the CUSTOMER. ISTSOFT does not provide paid/free support unless otherwise stated in this regard.
ISTSOFT provides technical support (in the form of answering questions) to customers by mobile switchboard during working hours on weekdays and by e-mail seven days a week.
The maximum turnaround time for Web Wizard Packages is 24 hours.
The customer, at the bottom of the site created with the Web Wizard Package, ISTSOFT's copyright etc. accepts the existence of a reminder of their rights and the linking of this article to the ISTSOFT Web Page.
The customer cannot send malicious and spam mail from the e-mail server and accounts offered by ISTSOFT. It accepts that it can send a maximum of 100 e-mails per hour.

2.10 Promotions:

ISTSOFT promotions can be canceled at any time. In the event that the promotion becomes contrary to the terms and conditions of the promotion, ISTSOFT has the right to remove such a promotion that was previously offered to the Customer's account. ISTSOFT has the right to determine in which cases the promotion becomes unconstitutional. Upon renewal of Terms or Customer account, Promotion terms and prices do not apply to renewed terms or accounts. Any refund offered by ISTSOFT to the Customer through promotions may be requested by the Customer within 30 days from the date the promotion is given to the customer. Any promotion request outside the designated promotion dates will be rejected.

2.11 Execution:

ISTSOFT reserves the right to limit or remove any content that violates the terms of this agreement, is objectionable, violates the rights of third parties, and has the potential to violate the law. Upon ISTSOFT's awareness of violations of the conditions, rights of third parties or the law, it shall immediately (1) limit the Plan(s), (2) pause the Plan(s) or terminate the contract, and/or (3) ISTSOFT's has the right to restrict or terminate the use of any or all equipment and to take similar corrective actions. However, these above-mentioned rights do not oblige ISTSOFT to constantly monitor and audit the information made available through the Plan(s). ISTSOFT is not obliged to reimburse the Customer any fees or charges paid by the Customer before the corrective action.

2.12 Disclosure:

A user profile (name, e-mail address) that is required or deemed appropriate in their systems, in order to protect ISTSOFT systems or its customers, or to protect the quality, functionality and integrity of ISTSOFT works and hardware, as required by legal obligations or upon request from the state. address, etc.), usage history, materials and similar information. ISTSOFT reserves the right to report any activity that it suspects to be against the law or regulations to the relevant legal authorities, inspector, prosecutor or relevant third parties.

2.13 Compensation:

(1) Client's breach or non-compliance with any terms, conditions or warranties of this Agreement or any applicable policy; (2) Customer's improper or unlawful use of the Plan(s); or (3) all legal consequences, damages and costs that may arise in cases of violation, alleged infringement, or abuse of any intellectual property (trademark, copyright, patent, trade secrets, etc.) or rights of third parties, and similar cases, It accepts, declares and undertakes that it is responsible for attorney's fees, litigation and enforcement expenses, and to pay these to ISTSOFT and its affiliated companies and dealers (and their individual employees, managers and representatives) in cash and in full, if requested.

2.14 Guaranteed Access to the Service Provided:

ISTSOFT guarantees that its servers will be available 99.5% of the year. For the remaining 0.5% of the year, the servers may not be available due to the following interruptions: software installation or updating, hardware installation or maintenance, bandwidth failure and system pre-boots or other essential situations deemed appropriate by ISTSOFT. ISTSOFT announces these maintenance, repair, update and similar situations, excluding malfunctions, within the ISTSOFT customer panel 1 week in advance. However, the warranty/guarantees in this provision are not valid if the servers cannot be accessed due to the following interruptions: Failures in the Internet backbone or technical equipment of the customer's service provider, Türk Telekom, SuperOnline or the Data Center(s) contracted by İSTSOFT , DDoS and other denial of service attacks, customer negligence during file upload, irregular DNS settings, Domain name expiration date, Customer errors through the Control Panel, or any other situation or conditions caused by the customer. If ISTSOFT's infrastructure is offline for a long period of time, excluding the specified maintenance and repairs, ISTSOFT compensates for this period when the server cannot be accessed. Compensation is given for the time the server is out of service. In addition, if ISTSOFT does not comply with the availability of 99.5% of the year, an additional month of free service will be added to the Plan(s) subscribed to the customer account. Guidelines for this compensation will be posted on our website.

2.15 Advertisement:

ISTSOFT may use the name of the Customer or its status as a customer of ISTSOFT, for advertising and promotional purposes or for portfolio purposes in similar materials distributed or presented to existing or potential customers, without any obligation to give any compensation, payment or reward, unless otherwise stated.

2.16 Denial of Service:

ISTSOFT reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time and without giving reasons. The failure of ISTSOFT to exercise its rights set forth in this contract within the specified periods cannot be considered as a waiver under any circumstances.

Article – 3 GENERAL PROVISIONS

3.1 Modification/Update of the Agreement:

ISTSOFT reserves the right to unilaterally change and update the articles of this contract at any time. ISTSOFT also reserves the right to decide from time to time, unilaterally, how and when such a change will be applied to both current and future customers. Any change or update will be deemed to have entered into force as soon as it is registered on ISTSOFT's website. The Customer's continued use of ISTSOFT's Plan(s) means that he/she agrees to any changes or reorganizations and to continue receiving services under these terms.

3.2 Entire Agreement:

This agreement includes all agreements and contracts, protocols and additional agreements between the Customer and ISTSOFT, such that any previously concluded agreement, protocol, supplementary agreement is not valid unless it is added to this agreement, and the customer by signing this agreement, accepts that the contract, promise(s), promises, promotions, protocols, additional agreements and the like will have no validity with the validity of this contract.

3.3 Laws:

The entirety of this contract will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Customer is obliged to comply with all laws and regulations and to protect ISTSOFT from any damages that may arise as a result of the Customer's failure to comply with them. The Customer agrees that ISTSOFT cannot be compelled to fulfill the commitments of ISTSOFT set out in this contract in case of any situation that violates current or future laws, regulations or government policy. The Customer may not use the Plan(s) for distribution of weapons of mass destruction, prohibited chemical, biological or nuclear weapons or rockets, etc. The customer undertakes that he/she does not reside in, is not a citizen of, is not located in, or is under the control of a country where commercial activities are restricted and embargoed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, the Undersecretariat of Treasury or any other relevant authority.

According to the third paragraph of the Provisional Article 1 of the "Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Issuance of Activity Certificates by the Telecommunication Authority to Access Providers and Hosting Providers", which was published and entered into force on October 24, 2007; Existing hosting providers must apply to the Telecommunications Communication Presidency within the Telecommunications Authority within 9 months from the date of publication of this Regulation and obtain a "Location Provider Activity Certificate". In this context, it is obligatory for the customer who has received dealership service to make a "Location Provider Notification". Likewise, the Legal Entity that purchases one of the server hosting or leased server services is also required to receive a "Location Provider Notification" or to notify the institution of the domain name information it keeps on its servers at the end of each month. The customer who buys one of the server hosting or leased server services must keep their logs for less than 1 year and not more than 2 years or apply for ISTSOFT to keep them, it is the customer's responsibility to make this application and to make the log flow format in the order ISTSOFT wants.

3.4 Licensing:

The customer who purchases server hosting, leased server or On-Premise services is obliged to fulfill the necessary copyright responsibilities for the programs used on their servers. Customers using Microsoft services are required to obtain the SPLA model monthly rental licenses provided by Microsoft, pre-purchased, OEM or other licensing models are not valid as per the Microsoft License Agreement for hosting services. ISTSOFT is authorized to issue SPLA licenses upon customer request. If requested, the customer agrees and undertakes to comply with the Microsoft rules in the license control requested by Microsoft.

3.5 Validity of Contract:

If any of the terms in the entire contract is unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term will be considered separate from the contract and only that provision will be invalid, which will not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the contract. In the event that the relevant provision is invalid, ISTSOFT's obligations to the Customer will be limited to the amount paid by the Customer to ISTSOFT for the service, and the Customer must request this amount within 3 months following the date of invalidation of the relevant article. Otherwise, the Customer shall be deemed to have lost his right to a refund arising from the invalidity of the item.

3.6 Guarantees and Representations:

The customer tells ISTSOFT that (1) he is 18 years old or over (2) he has the legal capacity to sign this contract for the legal person; (3) to use the Plan(s) only for legal purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and all related policies and rules; (4) will be financially responsible for his plan(s); (5) not to link to illegal sites; (6) Attests to the accuracy of any material, such as content, claims, warranties, warranties, form of work or address where the work is done, etc., made available and available or distributed by others through the use of its plan(s); (7) that the content will not violate the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights) or applicable laws, regulations or rules, and will in particular act in accordance with the regulations brought by the Turkish Penal Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works and the Turkish Legal Legislation, otherwise accepts, declares and undertakes in advance that any material and/or moral, legal and penal responsibility will belong to him.

3.7 Calendar:

The customer is obliged to regularly check the calendar in the ISTSOFT customer panel for any announcements to be made by ISTSOFT. Any disruption, damage or similar that may arise as a result of the customer not following the calendar is the customer's own responsibility.

Article – 4 PRICE and PAYMENT:

4.1 Payment:

ISTSOFT Plan(s) is not a "subscription" system, it is subject to a fee with the start of service. All fees required for the Customer's Plan(s) shall be paid to ISTSOFT as soon as ISTSOFT begins to provide service, according to the most up-to-date prices of the Plan(s). Customer must pay for their Plan(s) using credit card or money order immediately after registration. Immediately after the Customer pays for its Plan(s), it grants ISTSOFT the right to make all kinds of charges related to the Plan(s). In case the customer pays by credit card, he is obliged to inform ISTSOFT of any changes (card number, expiration date, cancellation of the card, billing address, etc.) Money transfers can be sent as scheduled, whenever required, from the Payment Information section of the website.

4.2 Fees:

If the customer uses additional energy, volume, Internet bandwidth, file transfer exceeding the limit of the Plan(s), or exceeding the disk quota and similar unplanned extra services, additional charges will be incurred, which are not refundable. The Customer agrees, declares and undertakes to pay all fees arising from the use of its Plan(s), including the taxes applied to these fees, in accordance with the ISTSOFT prices on the date of use. The customer is also obliged to pay all kinds of taxes such as Value Added Tax (VAT) and the like. The customer is not only responsible for the payment of taxes related to ISTSOFT's income. ISTSOFT reserves the right to collect the Ö.İ.V. added to Internet services by the government in the future, from the beginning of the payment period. The pro forma fees on the Customer Panel may change due to the exchange rate (only for products with foreign exchange prices) and are for informational purposes only. Proforma is not a real invoice, it is converted into an official invoice after payment. ISTSOFT reserves the right to make changes on prices and fees at any time, and when these changes and regulations are updated online on the customer panel or website, they will take effect immediately without further notice to the customer.

4.3 Delay:

If the customer defaults by not paying the service fee on time, he is obliged to pay a delay penalty of 12% of the invoice amount each month from the date of default for the delayed payments. The default date starts with 15 days past the new invoice period. ISTSOFT does not need to make a separate warning or notification in order to put the customer in default. The Customer's Plan(s) may be paused by ISTSOFT until payment is made. Plan(s) are terminated after 60 days of non-payment. Termination of the Plan(s) under these or any other circumstances does not entitle the customer to pay past due fees as well as any interest accrued prior to termination. In the event that ISTSOFT carries out enforcement proceedings for its receivables, the Customer is obliged to cover attorney fees, trial and enforcement expenses and all similar expenses. When terminated or suspended Plan(s) are requested to be opened for file retrieval later on, the customer has to pay the reconnection fee of 100 TL+VAT, which ensures that the account remains open for no more than 24 hours. In addition, the reopening fee for Plans such as Dedicated Server, Server Hosting, Cab allocation is 150 TL + VAT. Reactivation fee for Plan(s) whose service is stopped due to delay is 39 TL + VAT. Activation and late fees are added to the next invoice in the MONTHLY Plan(s). Invoices are issued on the same day in different payment payment Plan(s).

4.4 Money Back Guarantee:

Customer has a 30-day warranty valid only for their shared server Plan(s). If the Customer thinks that he/she is not getting the service he/she expects from ISTSOFT, the Customer may terminate this contract within 30 days from the date of service request and shall receive a refund of the fee paid for the mutually agreed monthly Plan(s), and without limitation any or all installation fees, software purchases, or promotional discounts etc. are deemed to have waived the refund. In order to receive the refund, the Customer must terminate the Plan(s) as described in the Termination Agreement below, stop using the Plan(s) and notify ISTSOFT of this situation within 30 days from the first date of the Plan(s) initiation. The Customer also agrees, declares and undertakes to give ISTSOFT a valid explanation as to why it is not satisfied with ISTSOFT's Plan(s). In addition, if the customer's account is suspended during this 30-Day Money-Back guarantee period, the customer forfeits any right to a refund, even any part of the money paid for setup fees, service fees, or annual billing provisions and the like. This agreement does not apply to payments in the form of checks and money orders. Since domain name registrations and renewals are made automatically by ICANN and METU, there is no refund.

Article – 5 DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT:

5.1 The “Term” begins with the Customer's application to the Plan(s) via the website, telephone or e-mail channel and is renewed at the periods chosen by the Customer. All of ISTSOFT's Plan(s) are Periodic and the periodic service costs of the Plan(s) are collected from the Customer at the beginning of each period. In collections made by credit card, the renewal fee is automatically collected at the beginning of the period without further notification to the customer.

5.2 Term Terms (1 Month) – This contract is valid for “30 days” from the moment the customer signs up for their Plan(s) according to the terms of the 30-day period. This agreement and Plan(s) will automatically renew upon expiration of the term, unless the customer follows the instructions set forth in the “Termination Agreement” below.

5.3 Term Terms (3 Months) – This agreement is valid for three (3) months from the time the customer signs up for their Plan(s) according to the quarterly terms. This agreement and Plan(s) will automatically renew upon expiration of the term, unless the customer follows the instructions described in the “Termination Agreement” below.

5.4 Term Terms (6 Months) – This agreement is valid for six (6) months from the time the customer signs up for their Plan(s) according to the 6 month terms. This agreement and Plan(s) will automatically renew upon expiration of the term, unless the customer follows the instructions described in the “Termination Agreement” below.

5.5 Term Terms (12, 24, or 36 Months) – This agreement is twelve (12), twenty-four (24) per 12, 24 or 36 month terms from the time the client signs up for their Plan(s). or thirty-six (36) months. This agreement and Plan(s) will automatically renew upon expiration of the term, unless the customer follows the instructions described in the “Termination Agreement” below.

Article – 6 TERMINATION:

6.1 Termination Agreement:

The Client must follow these guidelines to terminate their Plan(s). No other termination of this agreement will be accepted. Client, Dedicated Server, Co-Location etc. must notify ISTSOFT about the termination, at least 7 days before the end of the Term, by filling in the cancellation form to be obtained from ISTSOFT. Web Hosting will be able to cancel shared services such as Email Services at any time from the online customer panel. ISTSOFT verifies the authenticity of this request with the account identification number on the Control Panel, which only the account holder and authorized persons can access. As soon as the Customer's Notice of Termination reaches ISTSOFT, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the Customer by ISTSOFT. If the Customer's Plan(s) are inadvertently charged after the Plan(s) are terminated, a refund will only be made if the Customer has a valid confirmation email. Since there is no termination by phone or any other voice mail system, the Customer will continue to be billed unless he or she follows these instructions. Any or all data and/or materials placed by the Customer on ISTSOFT's equipment may be deleted upon termination. ISTSOFT is not obliged to take a backup of this data and/or material upon the Notice of Termination.

6.2 Obligations and Obligations Regarding Termination:

In the event that this Agreement expires or is terminated for any reason, ISTSOFT shall not be liable for the loss of the possible profits of the Plan(s), expected sales, good relations of the account holder with its customers, or the loss of the customer due to such expiration or termination. is not obliged to compensate for the related damage due to termination or any other reason arising from the expiration of the period. Any termination of this Agreement, the Customer remains responsible for the old invoices and fees owed to İSTSOFT as specified in this agreement before the termination of the agreement. ISTSOFT reserves the right to terminate the Plan(s) or the service it provides without giving any reason, by notifying the Customer 10 days in advance.

6.3 Violation:

Violation of the terms of this agreement will result in termination of the Customer's Plan(s). ISTSOFT has the sole say in deciding on the breach of contract terms. ISTSOFT reserves the right to remove any Plan(s) without prior notice. ISTSOFT may investigate the situation in question and take any action it deems appropriate in order to protect its systems, facilities or third parties, in the event of any violation of the conditions being notified to it or in the event of a complaint.

6.4 Refund Policy:

The Customer and ISTSOFT agree that no monetary right/liability will arise if the Plan(s) is terminated without reason. There are no refunds or expense sharing. Setup fees are non-refundable for any reason. Payments made by check and money order are non-refundable. In case of account cancellations during the trial period (first 30 days) of the account, the Customer has a 30-day period to request a refund in accordance with article 4.4 of this agreement.

Article – 7 DISPUTES:

7.1 Dispute:

If the Customer does not accept the terms of the contract in this document or any of ISTSOFT's directives, he/she does not tick the "I Accept" box in the order form, so the Customer's Plan(s) cannot be created. If the Customer does not approve any changes to be made in ANY ISTSOFT document, he must immediately notify ISTSOFT that he has terminated this agreement and thus also terminates his Plan(s) with ISTSOFT.

7.2 Evidence:

In the implementation of this contract and in case of disputes that may arise from the contract, the customer is not sure whether ISTSOFT's book records and documents, computer records and, if available, telephone records, samples of instructions sent by fax or e-mail system, without any basis in the relations between ISTSOFT and the Customer, whether or not they are confirmed. accepts and declares that it will constitute evidence. This article, which states that ISTSOFT book records and documents will be taken as a basis, is in the nature of an evidential contract between the parties. In case of dispute, ISTSOFT records are taken as the basis.

7.3 Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes arising from this contract.

Article – 8 NOTIFICATION ADDRESS:

ANNEX 1

Security:

The parties shall not share any confidential information that they will learn about each other within the scope of the performance of this Agreement with third parties, unless there is a legal obligation, and that maximum measures have been taken to ensure that the assistants and subcontractors they employ comply with this issue, as long as the Agreement is in force and after the end of at least 5 (five) days. ) have agreed and committed not to make any statements against each other and each other's responsible persons.

APPENDIX -2

SLA Levels:

SLA is the short name given to all of the limited responsibilities that the Customer has assigned to ISTSOFT in order to maintain the continuity of the Customer's Plan(s). ISTSOFT SLA is in three basic levels, these levels listed from one to three cover the previous level according to the number increase. Unless otherwise stated and one of the following SLA levels is marked, article 2.4 of the contract to which this annex is attached will apply. SLA is included in Level 1 service coverage, and Level 2 and Level 3 SLAs require an additional fee agreement to this contract. – Server operating system, control panel software and all support requests are provided for a fee. Installation of these software will be provided with hourly fees.

Level SLA
It is Level 2 service coverage in our dedicated server and hosting services.

– All management, monitoring, updating processes of the server are provided by the customer. Our company does not provide any technical management support at this level.

– Reboot requests are free of charge within the scope of this service.

– Operating system and Control panel software installation is provided free of charge, maximum 1 time per month.

– Regarding monitoring, ISTSOFT will monitor the web, dns, ftp, pop3, smtp services of 1 server belonging to the customer within the 24/7 monitoring system, and will automatically send e-mails in case of problems. In this regard, if the customer wishes, he can use the SMS monitoring service for a fee.

3.Level SLA
It is Level 3 service coverage in our dedicated server and hosting services.

– The standard operating system management of the server and control panel software management are provided by ISTSOFT. In this context, our system administrators access the server on a weekly basis and perform status checks.

– Reboot requests are free of charge within the scope of this service.

– Operating system and Control panel software installation is provided free of charge, maximum 1 time per month.

– In terms of monitoring, ISTSOFT will monitor the web, dns, ftp, pop3, smtp services of 1 server belonging to the customer within the 24/7 monitoring system, and in case of problems, our system administrators will intervene within 4 hours and provide a guarantee of solving the problem within 12 hours.
